Services and forms guideline:
1) Literal certifications
a) Description:
Literal certifications may be requested including real estate information concerning ownership, historical records, location of rights, auctions, exceptions, correction of measurements, condominium certifications, real estate records, and easements, when the person has an identification number greater than 20 digits. Copies of certified documents and of the pertinent books must be provided when requesting historical records.
b) Request procedure:
Requests must be submitted on legal paper, typed or handwritten, and must bear the corresponding legal stamps (Art. 2 of Tariffs Law), or may be submitted on white bond paper. The number of the property and name of the province must be indicated, and if it is officially registered, the corresponding references must be included (volume, page, entry and property number); in addition, the purpose for which the document is being requested must be indicated.

2) Inquiries
a) Description:
Inquiries may be made on: 1. Current status of real estate properties, 2. Status of documents submitted be recorded in the day log, 3. Registered documents, 4. Real estate in the name of physical or legal persons. Please include a description of the product (report) desired, and of the information it should include.
b) Request procedure
It is not necessary to fill out any form; if the reply to the inquiry is requested in printed format, registry rights must be paid.

3) Real estate certifications
a) Description:
The certification will indicate existence or non-existence of properties in the name(s) of physical or legal persons.
b) Request procedure:
- A request form must be filled out, bearing the corresponding rights and legal stamps. (Art. 2 Tariffs Law)
- The complete name and identification number must be indicated in the form.
- If the identification number exceeds 20 digits, a literal certification must be requested from the Archive through established procedures.

4) Rapid literal certifications
a) Description:
These certifications indicate a property's description and current status.
b) Request procedure:
- Request form bearing the corresponding rights and legal stamps. Art. 2 Tariffs Law.
- Please indicate the real-estate registration number, the province and entitlement.
- If several entitlements are held on a property, a form must be filled out for each entitlement.

5) Registry reports
a) Description:
Description of real estate which provides information to the requester; does not have legal validity.
b) Request procedure:
- Request form bearing corresponding rights and legal stamps. (National Registry, Administrative Board of Directors, Regular Meeting No.51-98, Article 4, Clause 6.)
- Please indicate the number of the property or real estate registry, the province and entitlement.
- If there are several entitlements are held on a property, a form must be filled out for each entitlement.

6) Certification and/or copies of digitalized documents
a) Description:
Copies of documents submitted or registered in the Real Estate Registry b) Request procedure:
- Request form bearing the corresponding rights and legal stamps.

a) Description:
Copies of documents submitted or registered in the Real Estate Registry

- Request form bearing corresponding rights and legal stamps.
- Indication of references in the day log or roll of film and image of the document.
